Everything on VexiWiki — flag stories, fact cards, quizzes, guides — is provided for general education and reference purposes. It is not legal, diplomatic, or official government advice, and it should not be treated as the authoritative record for matters like protocol, official government use of a flag, or contested sovereignty questions. Where a country's status or borders are genuinely disputed, our pages describe the dispute rather than adjudicate it, and readers relying on authoritative status should consult the relevant government or international body directly.

We source facts carefully and describe our process on the Methodology page, but flags, populations, and political boundaries change, and no reference site can guarantee every figure is current at the exact moment you read it. Content is provided "as is," without warranty of complete accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. If you find an error, please report it via the contact page — corrections are prioritized and verified against authoritative sources, per the correction policy on the Methodology page.

Original written content on this site — the flag stories, guide text, and quiz questions — is the property of VexiWiki and may not be republished wholesale on another site or in another product without permission; brief quotation with attribution and a link back is fine. Flag artwork is sourced from the open-source flag-icons project under its MIT license, as detailed on the Methodology page; the underlying flag designs are national symbols and are not owned by VexiWiki. The World Flags Learning Pack (the paid PDF product) is licensed for personal and single-classroom educational use upon purchase, not for resale or redistribution.

The World Flags Learning Pack and any voluntary donation are processed through Stripe; entering payment details means you're agreeing to Stripe's own terms for that transaction as well as these. Prices are listed in US dollars and are one-time charges, not recurring subscriptions, unless a page explicitly says otherwise. Because the Learning Pack is a digital download delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are handled case-by-case — if the file is corrupted, fails to deliver, or is materially different from what's described on the product page, contact us and we'll make it right; buyer's-remorse refunds on a delivered digital product are not guaranteed the way they might be for a physical good.

VexiWiki is intended for general audiences, including students and educators, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children — see the Privacy Policy for how data submitted through the contact form or a purchase is handled. If you're under the age required by your jurisdiction to enter into a purchase agreement on your own, a parent or guardian should complete any transaction on your behalf.

VexiWiki is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content — for instance, if a quiz score or a fact figures into a decision you make elsewhere, that's on the strength of a free reference tool, not a guaranteed authoritative record. If any part of this limitation isn't enforceable in your jurisdiction, the rest of these terms remain in effect.

Pages on this site occasionally link to external sources — government publications, sister reference sites, or the payment processor used at checkout. We don't control those external sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability; a link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination site, only of the specific page or fact being referenced.
